Research

My main research focus is the evolution of body size and morphological diversity in relation to environmental change:

  1. Ecotypic variation and climate change

  2. The evolution of species on islands

  3. The effects of climate change and isolation on morphological evolution

  4. Functional morphology in fossil rodents and other mammals

  5. Competition and community size structure among coexisting species
